Bilt May Rent Day 2026: Your Complete Action Plan (Dates, Bonuses, and What Not to Miss)

What's Happening This Month
🔥 The Big One: 100% Avios Transfer Bonus — May 1 Only
This is the headline. On May 1st, Bilt is offering a status-based transfer bonus when you move Bilt points to Avios (British Airways, Aer Lingus, or Iberia).
Here's the breakdown by status tier:
What does that actually mean? If you transfer 100,000 Bilt points at Platinum status, you receive 175,000 Avios — not 100,000. At the Platinum + upgrade tier, you get 200,000 Avios from the same transfer.
The Bilt Cash upgrade option: If you're not at the tier you want, you can use $150 in Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade one level (Blue → Silver, Silver → Gold, etc.) to access the next tier's bonus. Maximum upgrade is one level at a time.
A few important rules:
- The bonus only applies on May 1st — transfers before that date will show a warning
- Maximum 100,000 base Bilt points eligible for the bonus per member
- Your bonus points are spread across all three programs if you split the transfer

📦 10x Points on Home Delivery — Running Now Through May 1
This one is already live. Starting today (April 27 at 9:00 AM ET) through the end of Rent Day (May 1 at 11:59 PM PT), all Bilt members earn 10x points on Home Delivery orders — up from the normal 1X.
That's 10 points per dollar on every delivery order you place. If you were going to order anyway, do it this week.
🔗 +500 Points for Linking Your Rakuten Account — May 1
If you have an existing Rakuten account and haven't linked it to Bilt yet, May 1st is the day to do it. A targeted group of eligible members will receive 500 bonus Bilt points for linking their Rakuten account on Rent Day.
This is a targeted offer — not every member will see it — but if you're eligible, it'll appear in your app on May 1st.

🍽️ Neighborhood Dining Experiences — Book by April 30
Bilt has 41 restaurants across 7 cities available for exclusive Rent Day dining on May 1st: New York City, Miami, Washington D.C., Boston, Arlington VA, Fort Lauderdale, and Jersey City.
Multi-course tasting menus and omakase experiences, priced at $35–$75 (or 2,500–4,000 Bilt points). Drink add-ons available at select venues for an extra 1,500–3,000 points, purchased at time of booking.
Booking timeline:
- April 28 at 11:50 AM ET — Platinum and Gold members get early access
- April 28 at 12:00 PM ET — All members
- April 30 at 5:00 PM ET — Booking closes. This is a hard deadline.
You can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one dining experience. Up to 4 seats per booking, and you can book multiple experiences across categories.

🎤 Neighborhood Comedy Experiences — Book Starting April 28
17 comedy venues across 12 cities: New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Austin, San Diego, Somerville MA, and Chandler AZ.
Two tiers:
- Comedy Club Experiences: $30–$40 (2,000–2,500 points) — includes 2 drinks
- Bespoke Comedy Experiences: $75 (5,000 points) — premium shows at unique neighborhood venues with drinks and light bites
Bespoke venues this month include Housing Works (NYC), Mr. Tipple's (SF), LUXBAR (Chicago), The Aster Cabaret Room (LA), Georgetown Ballroom (Seattle), Palo Santo (Atlanta), and Empire (Boston).
Booking timeline:
- April 28 at 11:50 AM ET — Platinum and Gold early access
- April 28 at 12:00 PM ET — All members
- Closes at 3:00 PM ET the day of each show, or when sold out
